Following a tradition that they began in 2016, Small World Theatre will create another fantastic giant lantern parade for the town.

Wednesday 18 Dec - starts 7pm

The parade will be a major event within a new winter festival, Festival of Light in Cardigan. The Festival of Light has received financial support from the Cynnal y Cardi Fund which is administrated by the Cynnal y Cardi team, Ceredigion County Council, on behalf of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. It will link events organised by the town in a festival programme and support local businesses and stakeholders to highlight the many local attractions, unique independent shops, cafes, restaurants, venues and bars that justifiably make Cardigan an exciting winter destination.

Bydd yr orymdaith yn ddigwyddiad pwysig o fewn gŵyl gaeaf newydd, Gŵyl y Goleuni yn Aberteifi. Mae Gŵyl y Goleuni wedi derbyn cefnogaeth ariannol gan Gronfa Cynnal y Cardi sy'n cael ei gweinyddu gan dîm Cynnal y Cardi, Cyngor Sir Ceredigion, ar ran Cronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin y DU. Bydd yn cysylltu digwyddiadau a drefnir gan y dref mewn rhaglen ŵyl ac yn cefnogi busnesau a rhanddeiliaid lleol i dynnu sylw at y nifer o atyniadau lleol, siopau annibynnol, caffis, bwytai, lleoliadau a bariau unigryw sy'n gwneud Aberteifi yn gyrchfan gyffrous yn y gaeaf.
